A big thank you...
Date: 21st Jul 2008
......to everyone who took part in our recent questionnaire which proved to be a valuable exercise, with response much better than expected. Your opinions matter very much to us and collating your concerns and opinions in this way gives us a chance to work out what it is we’re doing right and, more importantly, what we are doing wrong. Although feedback in all Kingfisher departments had an overall score of 80% good or excellent, there is always room for improvement and all negative points have been passed on to the relevant departments.
One of the main areas of concern was the length of time customers had to spend waiting for their calls to be answered, along with problems trying to access the right person. Anyone who has experienced this will be pleased to know that we are currently investigating a new phone system and have restructured our admin department in order to enhance efficiency and customer focus.
Thanks again for taking the time to fill in and return the questionnaire, and congratulations to Celia Clark from King Edward Community College, the lucky winner of two tickets to see England play at Wembley. Sometimes it really is worth filling in questionnaires!
