...Darryl Allen, Kingfisher’s newest member of staff, who joined us in the role of Account Executive just over a month ago.
Originally from Birmingham, he has over 20 years experience of working in all aspects of the print industry after embarking on his career at Portsmouth Art College.
Darryl has settled in well and his appointment has allowed Ian to be freed up, who can sometimes be hard to contact.
Over the coming months, Kingfisher is working toward a system where Account Executives will deal with their own separate pool of customers. It’s a major move for the company but enabling a dedicated person to handle clients’ day-to-day queries will ensure a smoother customer service, whilst maintaining the personal level of service Kingfisher is proud of.
